How can I set up an email account on Outlook Office 2003?

In order to set up your email account on Outlook Office 2003, follow the steps below

  1. Open Outlook Office 2003.
  2. Click on the Tools button from the toolbar and select the Email Accounts… from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the Add a new email account radio button and press Next.
  4. Click on the IMAP radio button and press Next.
  5. Fill in the following information in the forms:
    User Information:
    Your Name: Write the name you want to be displayed when your email is received (your first and last names or your company name)
    E-mail Address: anything@yourdomain.ext
    Server Information:
    For premium hosting clients:
    Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP) server: mboxhosting.com
    Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mboxhosting.com
    For free hosting clients:
    Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP) server: free.mboxhosting.com
    Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: free.mboxhosting.com
    Logon Information:
    Username: anything@yourdomain.ext
    Password: the password for your anything@yourdomain.ext email account
    Logon using Secure Password Authentication: Unchecked
    Click the Next button
  6. Click the More Settings… button which is in the bottom right corner.
    A new window will show up.
    Click on the second Tab (Outgoing Server) and enable the “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
    Then click on the “Log on using” radio button and fill in the following information in the forms:
    Username: anything@yourdomain.ext
    Password: the password for your anything@yourdomain.ext email account
    Logon using Secure Password Authentication: Unchecked
  7. Click OK and then click Next.
  8. Click Finish and start using your email account.
