I have mistakenly erased my site files and was wondering if I can get a backup of my files?

If you have removed your files by mistake you can go to your Hosting Control Panel and access our Backup Manager from the Support menu. From there you can access all backed-up files and databases.

Please have in mind the following limitations:

  • Backups are available for accounts with our paid hosting plans
  • We offer backups only for the files and databases.
  • There are no backups for the email services
  • Our automated system creates backups only once a week at the start of each week. Therefore if you have uploaded your files before our automated system has created a backup you might not be able to restore them via backup.
  • If you exceed 3 GB of disk usage your files will no longer be automatically backed up by our system.
